ANIMAL | Rattus norvegicus (Wistar, 21-28 days) |
PREP | slice, whole cell, current clamp, IR-DIC, 33-34oC |
DATA TYPE | intracellular voltage |
CELL TYPE | pyramidal |
N | 5 cells |
Stimulus
The stimulus was a constant injected current that began 30 ms after recording started and lasted for 500 ms. The value of the injected current varies across trials and is stored as the parameter iinj in the data files in units of nA. Voltage in units of mV was digitized at 0.2 ms intervals for 560 ms.
